Every Thursday evening, from June to September, Pieve Aldina launches its convivial and festive Tuscan brazier. At dusk, join fellow travelers around the Italian garden, nestled under a flower-filled pergola, for a Tuscan barbecue evening at Radda-in-Chianti. A gourmet menu imagined by the Chef, a warm and exclusive atmosphere, limited to 14 guests to guarantee an intimate shared experience.

Niccolò Pini reinvents the art of Tuscan barbecue. Every Thursday, he puts together a menu of gourmet grills, where local produce and Italian inspiration come together over an open fire. Tender meats, vegetables from the neighboring garden, fresh herbs and fragrant oils. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian or curious gourmet, each plate reflects the identity of the terroir with a modern twist.
