In the refined intimacy of Le Rondini restaurant, Tuscan chef Niccolò Pini reinvents Tuscan cuisine with sincerity. His restaurant, one of the most acclaimed in Radda -in-Chianti, showcases Tuscan terroir essentials: pici freschi, panzanella, game in season, truffles and Fiorentina di Chianina, the famous Florentine beef.
Every day, the menu evolves according to the harvest, wild herbs from the surrounding hills and the best finds from nearby markets. The emphasis is on freshness, simplicity and culinary emotion. All of which is enhanced by an exceptional cellar featuring the finest vintages from Chianti and Tuscany.

Immersion in 50s Italy
Inspired by the taverns and trattorias of yesteryear, l'Enoteca transports you into a warm and welcoming world where you can enjoy the finest Chianti cured meats, herb-ripened pecorini, homemade pici, traditional gnocchi and the mamma's delicious almond cookies at any time of day.
As an aperitif, spritz and prosecco are served in the parish priest's garden in fine weather, or in the cosy atmosphere of the Enoteca in winter. With a glass of Brunello di Montalcino in hand, let yourself be seduced by this convivial and typically Italian experience.
Every week, the Enoteca hosts culinary workshops on pasta, pizza and Tuscan specialties.

Le Rondini, the restaurant, for up to 40 people indoors and 50 outdoors.
L'Enoteca, for warm, informal moments, up to 15 people.
Santa Maria Novella Church, open for worship on weekends, to organize a wedding or religious event on site, for up to 55 people. Possibility of working with your officer.
